Firm History
Nathan R. Grimes, P.E., P.L.S., incorporated Renaissance Design Build, Inc. as an S-Corp. in the State of Indiana in May 1999. Our office moved to its present location in June 2005. We currently have a staff of five and provide Engineering, Design, Planning, Land Surveying, Home Inspection & Construction Inspection services to a wide variety of municipal, public, commercial, and private clients.
We are a multi-disciplinary engineering, design and inspection firm. Our current staff has over 85 years combined experience in the engineering, land surveying, inspection, design & construction fields. We currently have professional staff registered in Alabama, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
